About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at Hager Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving business success through strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Business Partnering: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs and develop tailored HR solutions to drive business outcomes.
  • Talent Management: Design and implement effective talent management processes to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Organizational Development: Work with business leaders to design and implement organizational changes that drive business success.
  • Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition during organizational changes.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in a Senior HR leadership role, preferably in the industrial sector.
  • Project management and project leadership experience, coupled with HR analysis expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, with intercultural experience and awareness.
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills, as well as business acumen.
