What you'll do
  • Help with PMO communication and coordination, assisting in the preparation of program, service, and operations budgets and forecasts, while contributing to regular reporting - with guidance from senior colleagues and a mentor
  • Work independently across operations, services, and program activities within the Infrastructure Digital Workplace department, ensuring smooth coordination and execution
  • Dive into infrastructure technology, workplace transformation, change management, and IT project management, picking up valuable skills and knowledge along the way
  • Play an important role in driving the success of our IT infrastructure projects by focusing on user perspectives and supporting change initiatives
  • Take advantage of a hands-on learning experience, growing your skills with support and mentorship from experienced colleagues

 

Who you are
  • Currently enrolled in advanced Bachelor’s or Master’s studies, keen to apply your academic knowledge in a practical setting
  • Have experience in working in an international organization, adding a valuable global viewpoint
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages such as German being a plus
  • Comfortable using MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Teams , which are essential tools for your role
  • Thrive in a diverse and international team environment, bringing enthusiasm and a collaborative spirit
