Student Assistant for Digital Workplace Infrastructure

Your Responsibilities
  • Assist in project management communications and coordination, helping to prepare budgets and forecasts for programs, services, and operations, while contributing to regular reporting under the guidance of senior team members and a mentor.
  • Work autonomously across various operations, services, and program activities within the Infrastructure Digital Workplace division, ensuring effective coordination and execution.
  • Engage with infrastructure technology, workplace transformation, change management, and IT project management, acquiring valuable skills and insights throughout your journey.
  • Contribute significantly to the success of our IT infrastructure initiatives by focusing on user needs and supporting change management efforts.
  • Benefit from a practical learning experience, enhancing your skills with the support and mentorship of seasoned professionals.
Your Profile
  • Currently pursuing advanced Bachelor's or Master's studies, eager to apply your academic insights in a real-world context.
  • Experience in an international organization, providing a valuable global perspective.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages such as German being advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Teams, essential tools for your role.
  • Excel in a diverse and international team environment, bringing enthusiasm and a collaborative mindset.
