Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with project management communication and coordination, aiding in the development of program, service, and operational budgets and forecasts, while contributing to regular reporting under the guidance of senior colleagues and a mentor.
  • Work autonomously across operations, services, and program activities within the Infrastructure Digital Workplace department, ensuring effective coordination and execution.
  • Engage with infrastructure technology, workplace transformation, change management, and IT project management, acquiring valuable skills and insights throughout your journey.
  • Contribute significantly to the success of our IT infrastructure initiatives by focusing on user perspectives and supporting change initiatives.
  • Benefit from a hands-on learning experience, enhancing your skills with the support and mentorship of experienced colleagues.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing advanced Bachelor's or Master's studies, eager to apply your academic knowledge in a real-world context.
  • Experience in an international organization, providing a valuable global perspective.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages such as German being advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Teams, which are essential tools for your role.
  • Flourish in a diverse and international team environment, bringing enthusiasm and a collaborative spirit.
