Deine neuen Aufgaben:

  • Sachkundige, umsichtige Beratung und Betreuung von Entscheidern in Kliniken und Klinikambulanzen  in der Hämatoonkologie mit dem Ziel, die vereinbarten Umsatzziele im Gebiet zu erreichen.
  • Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Implementierung eines integrierten Accountplans und Exploration der Zusammensetzung der lokalen Entscheidergruppen unter Berücksichtigung gesundheitspolitischer Leitplanken und territorialer & lokaler Rahmenbedingungen.
  • Reflektion der Umsetzungsstrategie und Ableitung nächster Schritte zur Erreichung der Accountziele zusammen mit Ihrem Brandteam.
  • Umsetzungsverantwortung für die vereinbarten Maßnahmen


Dein Profil:

  • Zulassung als Pharmareferent/in gemäß § 75 Arzneimittelgesetz , ggf. durch ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im pharmazeutischen Außendienst
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse des MS Office (v.a. Excel) und Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen. Erfahrung im Multi Channel Management ist wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeit , eine eigenständige, teamorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine hohe Kundenorientierung
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Freude am Reisen ( Führerschein Klasse B notwendig)
