Dein Job:
Als Abteilungsleiter (m/w/d) im Verkauf trägst du die Verantwortung für bis zu 30 Mitarbeiter und einen oder mehrere globalen Brands sowie unsere GALERIA Eigenmarken.
- Deine vorrangige Aufgabe besteht darin sicherzustellen, dass deine Abteilung die Umsatzziele von GALERIA erreicht. Hierzu gehört die gründliche Analyse unserer betriebs- und warenwirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen/KPIs
- Deine umfassende Verantwortung erstreckt sich über unseren gesamten Bereich
- Intensive und direkte Beteiligung bei der lokalen Ausrichtung des Standortes sowie der Gestaltung der Sortimente
- Du baust eine treue Stammkundschaft auf und gewinnst gleichzeitig spontane Besucher für GALERIA
- In deiner Rolle fungierst du als zentraler Ansprechpartner für dein Team und trägst die Verantwortung für Teamführung und Teamentwicklung. Durch Coaching und Schulungen bereitest du deine Teammitglieder auf ihre nächsten Positionen bei GALERIA vor
- Ein besonderes Augenmerk legst du auf die Weiterentwicklung und Erweiterung unseres Markenportfolios, den Ausbau der Premiummarken sowie die Stärkung unserer GALERIA Hausmarken
- Zusätzlich pflegst du regelmäßigen Kontakt zum Filialgeschäftsführer und dem Abteilungsleiter-Prozesse
Das bist du:
- Du hast Erfahrung als Abteilungsleiter im Einzelhandel oder Erfahrungen als Store Manager, Department Manager, Shop Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Sales Manager in der Filiale oder Stellvertretender Abteilungsleiter im Verkauf
- Du verfügst über nachgewiesene Führungserfahrung, vorzugsweise in der Leitung von Mitarbeiter und in der Entwicklung von Teams
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Einzelhandel, ein erfolgreich absolviertes Studium oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Hotelkaufmann/frau mit Erfahrung im direkten Kundenkontakt und Dienstleistungsservice sind wünschenswert
- Dein ausgeprägtes Servicebewusstsein zeichnet sich durch die Fähigkeit aus, andere mit deiner Begeisterung anzustecken und du fungierst als Vorbild für das Filialteam
- Selbstmotivation ist eine deiner Stärken sowie ein effizientes Zeitmanagement und prozessorientiertes Denken
- Du hast ein außergewöhnliches Interesse an den neuesten Trends in den Bereichen Fashion, Beauty, Lifestyle und Co.
