LATAM Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and spearhead the implementation of the LATAM sales strategy in close partnership with the Head of International Sales.
- Execute the three-year business plans for each country, aligning with overarching corporate goals.
- Enhance the strategic partner network within the region to maximize brand and business opportunities in each market.
- Achieve objectives outlined in the category offense strategy and explore expansion into new markets and distribution channels.
- Regularly assess and optimize the business performance of key markets, channels, and partners, ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
- Aggregate regional sales forecasts, budgets, and targets in a timely manner.
- Prepare bi-weekly cross-functional business updates, incorporating market insights and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee comprehensive support in achieving key performance indicators.
Qualifications:
- A completed university degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a preference for an MBA.
- Over 5 years of international experience in the fashion or premium goods sectors.
- Demonstrated success in business operations and partner management within the LATAM region.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is essential; fluency in Portuguese is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
