In Group Research & Mercedes-Benz Cars Development, we are shaping the automobile generations of the future. By this we mean innovative products with the highest quality and efficient development processes. We are already working today on vehicles that will secure Mercedes-Benz's technological leadership in the future.
Our QMS Software team accompanies and designs RD-internal processes with our stakeholder areas with a high level of motivation and supports their implementation. The aim is to ensure that the development processes are process-oriented and fully described in terms of content.
What is your task?
Master's thesis on the topic "Transformation from current project management at Mercedes-Benz Group AG to the Scale Agile Framework in system, component and software development".
The final topic will be determined in consultation with the university, you and us.
Ideally, you have previous knowledge of project management and quality management:
You have a Master's degree in business administration, computer science, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study You have a good command of written and spoken German and EnglishYou are familiar with MS Office
You enjoy structured work Commitment and ability to work in a team Analytical mindset and strategic way of working Strong teamwork and communication skills as well as a degree of creativity and perseverance round off your profileAdditional information:
