As part of our QMS Software team, you will engage in the following:

  • Conducting a Master's thesis focused on the transition from traditional project management methodologies to the Scale Agile Framework within system, component, and software development.
  • Collaborating closely with various stakeholders to ensure that internal processes are well-defined and aligned with our quality standards.
  • Participating in discussions to finalize the thesis topic in coordination with your academic institution and our team.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Master's degree in business administration, computer science, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications.
  • A structured approach to work, demonstrating commitment and teamwork.
  • Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication abilities, creativity, and perseverance.
