Role Responsibilities

As part of the QMS Software team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing internal processes within research and development. Your primary task will involve:

  • Conducting a Master's thesis on the topic: "Transitioning Current Project Management at Mercedes-Benz Group AG to the Scale Agile Framework in System, Component, and Software Development".

The specific topic will be finalized in collaboration with your university and our team.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in business administration, computer science, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications.
  • A structured approach to work with a strong commitment to teamwork.
  • Analytical thinking and a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills complemented by creativity and perseverance.
