Als Go-to-Market Strategy (Senior) Manager (x/f/m) bist Du Teil unseres deutschen Go-to-Market Strategy Teams, dessen Aufgabe es ist, Wachstumspotenziale zu identifizieren und die Marktdurchdringung von Doctolib zu maximieren. 

In dieser Rolle bist Du für die Strategie mehrerer Cluster verantwortlich, entwirfst 360°-Pläne und koordinierst das Vertriebs-, Marketing- und Produktteam. 

Damit trägst Du maßgeblich zur Umsetzung der Vision von Doctolib - (1) den Alltag von Gesundheitsfachkräftenzu verbessern und (2) den Zugangzu Gesundheitsversorgung für alle schnell und gleichberechtigt zu gestalten - bei.

Deine Aufgaben

Entwicklung und Vertiefung des Verständnisses unserer Zielgruppe in Bezug auf Marktgröße, Marktbedürfnisse, Wettbewerb und Trends;Definition von KPIs hinsichtlich Topline-Ambitionen, um sicherzustellen, dass wir mit messbaren Zielen arbeiten; Durchführung von Analysen, um unsere Leistung im Markt und im Vergleich zu Wettbewerbern anhand vordefinierter KPIs bewerten zu können;Entwicklung von Go-to-Market-Initiativen, um Wachstumschancen zu identifizieren und zu nutzen;Initiierung und Koordination von Initiativen, um Marketing- und Vertriebsteams dabei zu unterstützen, sich auf die wichtigsten Wachstumschancen zu konzentrieren; Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Vertrieb und Produktmarketing, um eine kontinuierliche Feedbackschleife zu gewährleisten und zur Verbesserung unseres Produkts beizutragen Management eines Teams

Du verfügst über mehr als 8 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung, unter anderem in der strategischen Geschäftsentwicklung in einem Scale Up oder Start Up Du bist erfahren in der Führung von Teams und im Management mehrerer StakeholderDu verfügst über starke analytische Fähigkeiten und arbeitest handlungs- und ergebnisorientiertDu bist hoch motiviert, kommunikativ und selbstständig im Umgang mit geschäftlichen HerausforderungenDu sprichst Deutsch auf C1 Niveau und fließend Englisch
