Zur Erweiterung unseres deutschen Go-to-Market Teams suchen wir eine:n Senior Associate Go-to-Market Strategy für unseren Standort in Berlin. In dieser Position trägst du dazu bei, Wachstumspotenziale zu identifizieren und die Marktdurchdringung von Doctolib zu maximieren.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du unterstützt die Go-To-Market Strategy Managerin und agierst dabei als zentrale Schlüsselposition an der Schnittstelle von Vertrieb, Marketing und Produkt.
- Du leitest eigenständig Initiativen, um unser Markt
- und Kundenverständnis zu vertiefen und die Effizienz unserer Marketing
- und Vertriebsteams kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
- Im ersten Jahr fokussiert sich Deine Rolle auf das Thema Pricing, sowohl für Neukunden als auch Bestandskunden.
- Dafür tauschst Du Dich mit Vertriebsteams in ganz Deutschland aus, um Feedback zu Wettbewerbern und Marktgeschehen zu bekommen (u.a. Organisation von Workshops, Interviews mit Praxismanager:innen und Ärzt:innen).
- Du erstellst datenbasierte Analysen, um die Vertriebs
- und Marketing-Performance zu analysieren und mit gezielten Maßnahmen positiv zu beeinflussen.
- Du bereitest Management-Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen vor.
- Du unterstützt bei der Optimierung interner Dashboards zum kontinuierlichen Monitoring der Performance.

**Um Teil unseres Teams zu werden, bringst du Folgendes mit**:

- Du verfügst über 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der strategischen Beratung, der internen Konzernstrategie oder einem schnell wachsenden Unternehmen.
- Du gehst Projekte strukturiert und proaktiv an und bearbeitest diese eigenständig.
- Du hast sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und kannst Kolleg:innen für Deine Projekte begeistern und gezielt einbinden.
- Du bringst starke analytische Fähigkeiten mit und hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1) und Englisch (C1)

**Besonders interessant sind für uns außerdem**:

- Erfahrungen in der Healthcare Industrie
- SQL / Python Kenntnisse
- Französisch Kenntnisse

- Hybrid: Du arbeitest 2 bis 3 Tage pro Woche im Berliner Büro
- Office-based: Du arbeitest immer im Berliner Büro
