Join Cardino as a Growth Strategy & Expansion Intern specializing in new market entry strategies. Become an integral part of a team dedicated to expanding our influence in Europe and advocating for sustainable transportation solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist in pioneering entrepreneurial projects, identifying, & acting upon the organisation, potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to lay the groundwork for strategic initiatives:

- Engage in market and strategic research, conducting discovery calls to understand market needs and contributing insights for team strategy development.
- Convey Cardino's mission and vision with an entrepreneurial spirit, participating in hands-on go-to-market strategies and the initiation of strategic projects.
- Support the crafting of growth strategies for each market, collaborating with team members to refine plans and align with broader business objectives.
- Coordinate across functions, aiding in the scoping of initiatives and keeping the roadmap clear, while creatively tackling complex challenges and rapidly testing new ideas for business expansion and new revenue streams.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in high-paced environments such as startups, consulting, or investment banking.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English. Additional knowledge of Dutch, French or German would be a huge plus.
