In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Drive and deliver the Branson ‘Profitable Growth Plan’: Analyzing each channel’s efficiency, streamlining sales operations, and aligning them with customer preferences and market trends Establish and further develop a strong and diverse sales organization by demonstrating positive and inclusive leadership behavior. Attract and develop top talent who will further develop in our organization. Develop and run detailed regional penetration plans using account planning and segmentation processes by product line, industry segment, major accounts, account type and business opportunities, and by that ensure strong hit rate growth and sales efficiency. Strengthen our position in key industries such as Energy Storage System (ESS), Automotive, Medical, Packaging and Metal Welding Engage with the Discrete Automation Europe organization as well as Emerson teams in region to ensure maximum sales and cost synergies and best project execution. Own financial performance/metrics ( Forecasting, Budget, POR and S&OP) for this business, both short and long term Coordinate marketing and promotion of the Business Unit and support cross-divisional activities, develop exhibition material and drive Emerson innovation days Collaborate efficiently with all functions and departments as needed, Operations, Customer Service, Engineering, Business Development, and Marketing, etc. Optimize process flows, interfaces, tools to increase customer satisfaction and sales team efficiencies 
  Who You Are:
You create a positive and motivating environment, while always keeping the end in sight and put in extra effort to meet targets. You acquire data from multiple and diverse sources when solving problems and use customer insights to drive and guide the development of new offerings. For This Role, You Will Need: Strong experience in sales and people leadership Technical educational background Automotive, Energy Storage System (ESS) and EV and Battery Business and applications knowledge is preferred. Strong presentation skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills that can effectively work with all levels, for both technical and non-technical audiences Proficiency in English (verbal, reading and writing), proficiency in German an advantage Willingness to travel Strong knowledge on sales channel (direct, distribution and eChannel) and channel optimization Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Customer Focus Action oriented Manage Ambiguity Collaborates Persuades Resiliency Innovation Management Planning & Organizing Problem Solving Drives Results
