  • Du identifizierst potenzielle neue B2B-Kunden und kontaktierst diese per Telefon sowie E-Mail. Als serviceorientiertes Kommunikationstalent baust du bestehende Kundenbeziehungen weiter aus

  • Du leistest einen aktiven Beitrag zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Sales-Prozesse, des CRM-Systems und der Erweiterung unserer internen Knowledge-Base
  • Im Austausch mit Interessenten und Kunden sammelst du wichtige Informationen über Leistungsanforderungen, Markt, Trends und Wettbewerber
Qualifikation
  • Du hast Freude am aktiven Verkauf und liebst es, Menschen zu überzeugen sowie Netzwerke aufzubauen und zu pflegen. Dabei bist du hartnäckig, ohne unangenehm zu sein und ehrgeizig, ohne die Ellbogen auszufahren
  • Fachkenntnisse aus der Immobilienwirtschaft sind ein Plus-Punkt
  • Du bist wortgewandt und besitzt hervorragende mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um effektiv mit Kunden und Teammitgliedern zu interagieren.
  • Ein digitales und wissbegieriges Mindset und die Fähigkeit, dich selbständig in neue Software und Technologien einzuarbeiten, sind für dich selbstverständlich
  • Dein Verhandlungsgeschick und deine Durchsetzungsstärke sind beeindruckend
