About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at PartsCloud GmbH. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing our global key accounts and establishing long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual product demonstrations to attract pre-qualified leads for our services
  • Develop commercial proposals for our key accounts, which involves complex calculations and negotiations
  • Independently manage the entire deal life cycle until closing and continuously improve our sales strategy, pitches, and processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency
  • Actively contribute to our sales strategy to ensure our growth for the upcoming years
  • Build a 'trusted advisor' relationship with (potential) customers to understand their specific needs and provide value-added services
  • Take sole responsibility for revenue and upselling activities for our LaaS customers
  • Participate in speaker activities at trade fairs and support our team
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the industry, spare parts logistics, or SaaS
  • The ability to actively listen to customers and communicate complex issues clearly and concisely
  • Assertiveness and a proactive approach
  • Independence, result-orientation, and awareness of strategic requirements
  • A team-oriented personality
  • Persuasiveness and strong networking skills
  • A structured and careful approach to tasks, with confidence in managing sales cycles and understanding frameworks like MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales.
  • Fluency in German and English
