Deine Aufgaben

  • Die Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen, sowie die Erstellung passgenauer Angebote gehören zu deinem Alltag.
  • Kundendaten werden von dir im CRM-System gepflegt und aktuell gehalten – so behalten wir stets den Überblick.
  • Du koordinierst Aufträge, stimmst dich mit Kollegen aus Marketing, Consulting und Finance ab und stellst eine termingerechte Lieferung sicher.
  • Die Überwachung von Bestellungen und die Optimierung interner Prozesse im Sales-Bereich liegen ebenfalls in deinem Verantwortungsbereich.
  • Du sorgst für eine verlässliche Aufbereitung von Reportings und KPIs – als wertvolle Grundlage für Management-Meetings und vertriebliche Entscheidungen.
  • Bei abrechnungsrelevanten Themen rund um Partner-Management und Finance unterstützt du verlässlich im Hintergrund.

Dein Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung bildet die Basis – idealerweise ergänzt durch Erfahrung im Vertrieb, in der Kundenbetreuung oder im Vertriebsinnendienst.
  • Souveräner Umgang mit CRM-Systemen und Reporting-Tools (z. B. HubSpot) ist ein Plus.
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Organisationstalent und ein gutes Gespür für Prioritäten zeichnen dich aus.
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Serviceorientierung sind für dich selbstverständlich – im direkten Kundenkontakt wie auch im Team.
  • Flexibilität, Eigeninitiative und eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise bringst du ebenso mit wie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit über Abteilungsgrenzen hinweg.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2-Niveau) und gute Englischkenntnisse (C1-Niveau) runden dein Profil ab – weitere Sprachen (vor allem Französisch oder Polnisch) sind von Vorteil.
