We've spent the last two years building up the foundation of our product and customer processes and are now starting to scale.
What You'll Do
With our strong focus on large enterprises, expansion with existing accounts is the key growth driver. At REMATIQ, Customer Success isn't about routine check-ins or reporting metrics — it's about operating as a strategic advisor to our customers' executive teams. You'll co-create high-impact AI business cases, uncover and shape new use cases, drive adoption across additional teams, and ultimately craft the success stories that define REMATIQ's impact.
As a customer success lead, you will start by owning the relationships with our customers end-to-end and executing hands-on.
In parallel, you'll build the foundations for scale — creating playbooks, shaping our operating model, and ultimately assembling and leading a high-performing team of enterprise customer success managers.
Concretely this means:
- Own and deepen relationships with our global life science customers, ensuring flawless delivery across high-value contracts — from proof of concept to onboarding, ongoing care, and renewal with the ultimate goal of unlocking their seven-figure potential.
- Develop scalable playbooks and materials for the function to grow.
- Deliver on retention, expansion and account health KPI's.
- Gradually build a team of senior customer success managers, able to handle relationships with leaders at some of the most complex businesses in the world.
- Ensure the needs of both end users and senior decision makers are met through disciplined project management and clear, tailored communication at every level.
- Identify and co-develop new use cases together with our product teams to increase the value customers are getting out of the platform.
- Owning the support processes & structure, before later setting up a support team.
What we're looking for:
This is a founding role in a high-paced, high-stakes environment. We value autonomy, creativity, execution power, proactively taking ownership and executive-level communication skills. Concretely, this means:
- 2-4+ years experience in customer success leadership roles in industry-leading, enterprise B2B SaaS companies
- Preferred: 2-3 years experience in a high-paced, project-based work environment such as consulting, VC or investment banking
- Love to be hands-on, leading customer-facing teams from the front by example.
- You're an execution machine. People around you are impressed by the amount of stuff you get done.
- Solving complex problems in impactful industries is what gets you out of bed, and you want to contribute to bringing advances in modern medicine to the patient.
- You're not just a user, but a pioneer in using AI to augment yours and your team's work
- Fluent in English and German.
