Customer Success & Impact Lead (Technical)
who combines technical sharpness with commercial instinct: someone who can translate data into measurable business impact and coordinate client accounts.

The Role

About the role

You'll bridge the gap between data, technology, and client success: translating SAIZ's AI intelligence into measurable commercial outcomes for Europe's leading fashion brands.

You're not a typical Customer Success Manager. You think in systems, numbers, and business cases and you love turning data into impact stories.

This is a role for a
high-achieving, analytical builder
who thrives in fast, technical environments and wants visibility, ownership, and growth.

What You'll Do

  • Strategize and lead the customer success processes
  • Lead key client accounts individually
  • Lead the
    value delivery process
    for enterprise clients: from onboarding to proof of impact.
  • Own client KPIs: conversion, returns, and basket metrics and turn them into business cases.
  • Translate complex data flows and model outputs into insights that drive decision-making.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and liaise with technical teams (APIs, feeds, SFTP, product data, etc.).
  • Build dashboards, analyses, and presentations that quantify impact and unlock expansion.
  • Collaborate with product and data science teams to ensure client feedback shapes future iterations.
  • Act as the analytical and strategic backbone for client conversations.

Who You Are

  • Analytical by nature, technical by training.
    You understand how software, data, and APIs work and aren't afraid to dig into a feed or data table.
  • Comfortable in high-speed environments.
    You've thrived in startups, consulting, or banking, where things move fast, ambiguity is the norm, and outcomes matter.
  • Fluent in business logic.
    You can read a P&L, calculate ROI, and connect technical outcomes to commercial impact.
  • Fluent/ Native in German and English
  • Data confident.
    You spot patterns, question anomalies, and use data to tell a story.
  • Energetic and ambitious.

Your background

You bring 3–6 years of experience in fast-paced, analytical, or client-facing environments such as consulting, SaaS, or data-driven operations. You've worked with complex datasets, client KPIs, and business cases, and you're comfortable navigating both technical systems and commercial conversations. Whether you've implemented software for enterprise clients, built dashboards, or translated analysis into ROI decks, you understand how technology creates measurable value. You likely studied something quantitative or interdisciplinary (engineering, business informatics, data analytics, or similar) and thrive in environments where ownership, precision, and speed matter.
