Als Team Lead Software Development übernimmst Du die fachliche Leitung eines engagierten Entwicklerteams und bist maßgeblich an der strategischen und operativen Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Softwarelösungen beteiligt. Du koordinierst die Entwicklungsprojekte, bringst technische Visionen ein und unterstützt dein Team bei der Umsetzung moderner und nachhaltiger Softwarearchitekturen. Neben Deiner Führungsrolle bist Du auch Impulsgeber*in für technologische Innovationen und Optimierungen im gesamten Entwicklungsprozess. In einer flachen Hierarchie gestaltest Du aktiv mit, übernimmst Verantwortung und förderst eine offene, lösungsorientierte Teamkultur.

DAS BRINGST DU OPTIMALERWEISE MIT:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Informatik oder Softwareentwicklung,
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in modernen Webtechnologien,
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in HTML, HTMX und CSS,
  • Erfahrung in der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung von Entwicklerteams oder Projektverantwortung,
  • Strategisches und technisches Verständnis für die Weiterentwicklung komplexer Softwarelösungen,
  • Sicherer Umgang mit relationalen Datenbanken (MariaDB/MySQL/DuckDB), ORMs (z.B. Laravel Eloquent) und Software-Testing (PHPUnit / Pest),
  • Gute Kenntnisse mit Git und modernen Entwicklungsworkflows,
  • Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur ist von Vorteil – insbesondere in der Zusammenarbeit mit DevOps, im Umgang mit Docker-Umgebungen oder beim Aufbau effizienter Entwicklungs- und Deploymentprozesse,
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung,
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
