Was du mitbringst
  • Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung als Team Lead im Bereich Software Development und kannst auf erfolgreiche Projekte und Teamführung zurückblicken
  • Es macht dir Spaß, Themen proaktiv voranzutreiben und Probleme zu lösen
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Python und Linux
  • Du hast ein tiefes Verständnis für Agilität und die Rollen in der agilen Entwicklung
  • Englisch ist für dich kein Problem, weder mündlich noch schriftlich
  • Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, strategisch und zukunftsgerichtet zu denken und zu handeln
  • Deine Kommunikation ist wertschätzend und zugewandt, zugleich aber auch klar und fordernd
  • Du hast Lust und die Fähigkeit, hochleistungsfähige Teams zu bauen
