Ihre Aufgaben
  • Technischer Support per Telefon, E-Mail, Ticketsystem oder Remote-Zugriff
  • Diagnose von Hardware-/Softwareproblemen anhand von Logs und Testergebnissen
  • Durchführung von Wartungen und Gerätekonfigurationen (vor Ort und remote)
  • Pflege von Serviceberichten und Ticketdokumentation
  • Prüfung von Rückläufern und Sicherstellung der Fehlerbehebung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams zur Lösung komplexer Fälle
  • Meldung wiederkehrender Fehler und Vorschläge zur Verbesserung
  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Ersatzteilen und Planung von
    Serviceeinsätzen
Ihr Profil
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kundenorientierung
  • Erfahrung in Diagnostik und strukturierter Problemlösung
  • Kenntnisse in IT-Infrastruktur und Netzwerkkommunikation (BAT-Skripte,
    XML, CSV)
  • Vertraut mit Ticketing-/CRM-Systemen und Microsoft-Tools
  • Selbstständig, eigenmotiviert und lösungsorientiert
  • Fließend in Deutsch, gute Englischkenntnisse
