Service Technician Technical Support Mobil (M/F/d)
To strengthen our customer service department at the Rastatt site (Germany) we are looking for a motivated and team-oriented personality as Service Technician Technical Support Mobile.
**Main tasks**:
- Customer-specific configuration of software for infotainment systems according to the catalog of requirements of the customer project or customers.
- You test infotainment systems and are responsible for their documentation and roll-out at the customer.
- In your role you will ensure the correct assignment of configuration packages to customer orders.
- You are eloquent and competently support our customers on the telephone hotline and via the ticket system with questions and problems.
- You analyze customer concerns and develop appropriate solutions in a team or with other departments.
- You document the configurations you have created in the CRM system and take care of regular data maintenance.
- You will work with our sales and development departments to develop software specifications and configurations for customer projects.
- You will conduct practice-oriented software training for our customers
**Your Profile**:
- Ideally, you have completed training as an IT systems clerk or are generally technically interested in the configuration of software.
- You are familiar with working with CRM and ERP systems.
- Experience with IT infrastructure.
- Knowledge of network and system communication.
- You are proficient in the common Microsoft products from Windows to Office.
- Confident German and English are a matter of course for you.
- You are also willing to carry out customer visits and on-site training.
- Last but not least you are a team player and open to acquire new knowledge
