**Your Responsibilities**

- Prepare customer quotes based on price lists or input from sales representatives.
- Process incoming orders and enter them into the ERP system.
- Track orders through delivery and provide confirmations and updates to customers.
- Collaborate with sales, accounting, logistics, planning, and purchasing teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Support customer systems and EDI-related tasks.
- Generate invoices, credit notes, and sales reports.
- Maintain accurate customer master data and documentation.
- Resolve issues related to order discrepancies, delivery delays, or invoicing.

**Your Profile**

- Completed commercial vocational training with a solid understanding of technical concepts.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar role.
- Comfortable working in an international environment.
- Strong customer and service orientation with a proactive mindset.
- Fluent in German and proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Skilled in MS Office and experienced with ERP and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with Incoterms 2020 and international goods traffic.
- Team player with high resilience, flexibility, and a structured approach to work.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude across departments.
