You will be integral in supporting our technical recruitment to meet the goals and mission of the department and Luminator.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:

- ** Full-Cycle Technical Recruitment**:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical positions within the organization globally.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide detailed feedback to hiring managers to aid in the decision-making process.
- ** Employer Branding and Networking**:

- Represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and networking functions to promote our brand and attract top talent.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company's employer brand.
- ** Process Improvement**:

- Leverage data and analytics to make informed decisions and improve recruitment outcomes.
- ** Team Leadership and Mentorship**:

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the recruitment team.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- ** Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to legal requirements and company policies.
- ** Reporting and Analytics**:

- Track and analyze recruitment data, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports and insights to HR and management.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
The** Senior **Talent Acquisition Business Partner** will be an experienced, operationally oriented professional who can successfully lead as a very hands-on Business Partner to scale for additional growth for Luminator’s technical hiring.

This professional will possess:

- Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, and personnel information systems.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Skills in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
- Ability to understand written sentences and paragraphs in work-related documents, communicate effectively in writing or verbally to convey information effectively in both German and English. Polish language skills preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Minimum of 4+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition supporting technical hiring required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) required.

- Ability to read, listen and understand information and ideas presented in spoken words and sentences and in writing.
- Ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing that there is a problem.
