Your mission

Als Process Warehouse Coordinator trägst du die ganzheitliche Verantwortung für die zugewiesenen IT-gestützten Logistik Prozesse (z.B. Wareneingang, Lagerverwaltung, Kommissionierung, Versand, Zoll und Transportmanagement). Dein Ziel ist die kontinuierliche Optimierung und die Sicherstellung der Process-Compliance zur Erreichung der Unternehmensziele.

Responsibilities
  • Definition und Einführung der End-to-End-Logistikprozesse und deren Schnittstellen zu anderen internen und externen Schnittstellen (z.B. Einkauf, Produktion, Vertrieb, ATLAS etc.).
  • Einführung der Prozessziele, Kennzahlen (KPIs) und Performance-Messung.
  • Sicherstellung der Standardisierung und Dokumentation aller relevanten Prozessschritte und -abläufe global.
  • Analyse der bestehenden Logistik Prozesse (IST-Zustand), Identifizierung von Schwachstellen und Optimierungspotentialen (Effizienz, Kosten, Qualität).
  • Initiierung und Steuerung von Verbesserungsprojekten und Change Management zur Einführung neuer IT-Lösungen und Prozessanpassungen.
  • Überwachung der Prozessleistung anhand der definierten KPIs und Einleitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen bei Abweichungen.
  • Durchführung von Prozess-Audits zur Sicherstellung der Compliance (Einhaltung von Richtlinien, Normen und gesetzlichen Vorgaben).
  • Regelmäßiges Reporting der Prozessperformance an das Management und die relevanten Stakeholder.
  • Zentrale Kontaktperson und Sparringspartner für IT, Logistik-Fachbereiche, Key User und externe Partner.
  • Fachliche Führung und Schulung der Prozessanwender, um die Akzeptanz und korrekte Anwendung der Prozesse zu gewährleisten.
  • Koordination der Anforderungen verschiedener Stakeholder und Auflösung von Prozesskonflikten.
  • Support der operativen Logistikfunktionen
Qualifications
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Logistik, Betriebswirtschaft oder Ingenieurwesen) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.*
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Prozessmanagement, IT-Projektmanagement oder in der Logistik-IT.
  • Tiefgehendes Fachwissen in Logistikprozessen (Supply Chain Management, Lager, Transport).
  • Umfassende IT-Kenntnisse im Bereich Logistik-IT-Systeme (z.B. Oracle Netsuite WM/EWM, TMS, WMS oder vergleichbare Branchenlösungen).
  • Kenntnisse in Prozessmanagement-Methoden (z.B. BPMN 2.0) und Tools.
