The
Finance Coordinator
is responsible for supporting the Finance Manager and ensuring the smooth running of the accounting office in Munich. In this role, he/she manages accounting operations, ensures compliance with financial regulations, and provides periodic reporting to the headquarter.

You'll be in charge of:

  • Managing day-to-day accounting operations
  • Leading a small team focused on accounts receivable
  • Assisting in the preparation and review of financial statements and tax returns
  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes

If you:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a finance role
  • Strong analytical skills, precision, and a passion for continuous learning
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel); SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
