Your mission

Als Warehouse Coordinator trägst du die ganzheitliche Verantwortung für die zugewiesenen IT-gestützten Logistik Prozesse (z.B. Wareneingang, Lagerverwaltung, Kommissionierung, Versand, Zoll und Transportmanagement). Dein Ziel ist die kontinuierliche Optimierung und die Sicherstellung der Process-Compliance zur Erreichung der Unternehmensziele.



Responsibilities

  • Organisation und Durchführung der regelmäßigen Inventur sowie Sicherstellung korrekter Lagerbestände

  • Visuelle Wareneingangskontrolle, sachgerechte Einlagerung und Dokumentation der angelieferten Waren

  • Kommissionierung und termingerechte Bereitstellung von Material für interne Projekte und Fertigungsprozesse

  • Verantwortung für Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Sicherheit im Lagerbereich

  • Enge Abstimmung mit Einkauf, Produktion und Entwicklung zur Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit

  • Analyse und Optimierung interner Lagerprozesse zur Effizienzsteigerung und Fehlervermeidung

  • Hands-on Unterstützung wenn Engpässe in anderen Bereichen der Logistik auftreten



Qualifications

  • Erfahrung im Bereich Lagerlogistik und Wareneingang 

  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

  • Organisationstalent mit einem Blick für effiziente Prozesse und klare Strukturen

  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Lagerverwaltungssoftware oder ERP-Systemen

  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit sowie handwerkliches Geschick

  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

  • Gabelstaplerschein von Vorteil
