The Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial
Sales Manager Germany
to drive growth and strengthen our wholesale presence in this key market. Reporting directly to the General Manager Europe, you will lead a team of 3 Account Managers and take full responsibility for wholesale strategy, key account development, and new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership
    : Lead and develop a team of 3 Account Managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Wholesale Growth
    : Build and execute the German wholesale strategy in line with European ambitions.
  • Key Account Development
    : Manage senior relationships with leading wholesale partners, ensuring strong sell-in and sell-through.
  • Market Expansion
    : This role will have a strong emphasis on identifying unlocking new opportunities across premium retailers, department stores, and digital channels.
  • Collaboration
    : Partner with the GM Europe and peers across other markets to align on best practices and contribute to cross-European initiatives.
  • Brand Advocacy
    : Ensure the brand's values—authenticity, comfort, and natural innovation—are consistently represented in Germany.
  • Performance
    : Deliver on sales and profitability targets while providing regular market insights.

Profile We're Looking For

  • Proven sales or wholesale management experience within the
    fashion or footwear industry
    in Germany.
    This is a must.
  • Strong track record in
    key account management
    and developing new business.
  • Experience in
    leading and motivating teams
    .
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in
    German and English
    .
