Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting the Country Manager in achieving national sales targets and driving the accomplishment of Sales Objectives (SO);
- In charge of retail marketing: responsible for terminal management of new product launches, management of promotional activities, management of promotional material supply, demo unit management, in-store marketing (In-Store MKT), and management of related expenses;
- Management of promotional workforce: responsible for the development of outsourced teams, workforce planning and allocation principles, performance assessment and incentives, management of staff sales performance and productivity, end-to-end workforce management, operation of retail systems and application of data, and management of related expenses;
- Responsible for retail training: in charge of training for internal and external field force (FF), trainer management, course adaptation and development, training project management, training evaluation management, dissemination of outstanding cases, and management of related expenses;
- Responsible for terminal store management: responsible for the planning, development and management of key stores, including strategies and battle plans, formulation and implementation of Store Image (SI) standards, position planning and development, operation management, monitoring of process indicators, design and execution of display experiences, and management of related expenses.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with CET-4 or higher English proficiency;
- Proficient in German; study or work experience in Germany is preferred;
- More than 2 years of work experience in the same industry or equivalent positions;
- Possess strong communication, organization, coordination skills and team spirit;
- Have strong learning ability and stress resistance, and be willing to take on challenges;
- Capable of working independently, with good personal reputation and professional ethics.
