How you´ll help us:

As Warehouse Operation Specialist,

  • Oversee receiving, storage, and shipping operations to ensure timely and accurate
    movement of goods. (willing to personally pick or locate items in the warehouse under certain circumstances)
  • Manage and maintain inventory accuracy, including tracking stock levels and
    coordinating regular cycle counts.
  • Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety standards and company policies.
    Optimize warehouse space utilization and coordinate efficient layout and storage of
    products.
  • Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth
    workflow and timely order fulfillment.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems to track product locations, stock levels, and
    shipment schedules.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and shipping/receiving issues.
    Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and
    reduce operational costs.
Requirements

Your background and skills:

  • At least completed vocational training in warehouse specialist, warehouse logistics specialist, or a related discipline, with at least 3 years of work experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex operations.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
