**Customer Support Specialist (M/F/d)**:

to help us deliver exceptional support to our customers.
**Your tasks**:
- You support our field colleagues and customers with all inquiries from quotes to invoicing.
- After training, you will be familiar with our products, systems, and processes and have an eye for detail in the inspection, configuration, and customization of wheelchairs. Your ability to accurately communicate specifications to production and identify necessary spare parts ensures optimal support for users.
**Your profile**:
- We would be pleased, if you can build on commercial knowledge through training, studies, or previous work experience. If medical technology is new to you, we will gladly teach you everything you need to know. You enjoy working precisely and want to shape your work environment.
- People are your priority. You work collaboratively with our customers and your colleagues on-site and in other countries.
- You have a friendly and clear manner of expression, speak fluent German in both speech and writing, and good English skills are desirable.
- You are solution oriented and enjoy learning new things. Your enthusiasm for innovation and your desire to drive things forward motivate you to continuously improve workflows.
