As Specialist Trade Marketing - Eastern Europe, DACH & NORDICS, you will be responsible, among other tasks, for the support of our sales activities with focus on Eastern Europe.
Your Scope:
- Eastern Europe Market Shaping: You are responsible for the content-related and creative development as well as the implementation of activities with a focus on Eastern Europe (campaigns, promotions, advertisements, communication materials). In consultation with the department management, you act as the central interface between Sales, Product Marketing, and external partners and agencies.
- Sales Driver and Promotion Expert: From the creative idea to compliance-compliant documentation, you plan and execute targeted sales promotions, create promotional materials, and coordinate directly with our key accounts.
- Key Support for Sales: Become the strategic partner for the Sales department with a focus on Eastern Europe. You ensure that the Sales team is optimally supplied with articles, banners, advertising materials, and communication materials and is directly supported.
- Event Director: You conceptualize and organize unique, individual customer events in close consultation with Sales and customers and ensure a perfect execution through your personal on-site support.
- Communication Professional: You create compelling communication materials for product launches/product extensions and develop powerful sales documents that successfully position our products in the market.
- Budget & Agency Management: You take over budget control, conduct the briefing and controlling of external service providers and agencies, and thus actively steer the success of our marketing measures.
- Active Contributor: You participate in internal projects and leave your footprint in the company's development..
What you should bring to the table:
- A degree or qualified training in marketing, communication or media design forms your professional foundation.
- You have several years of relevant professional experience and know how to successfully manage marketing activities from conception to implementation.
- You are proficient in Typo3 and confident in using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and PowerPoint.
- You are characterised by creative thinking, an independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working, and you are a reliable team player.
- Knowledge of photography and video is a welcome advantage to enrich our content production.
- You are fluent in spoken and written German, English and Polish.
