How you´ll help us:
As a Warehouse Operation Specialist:

- Lead and supervise teams (forklift operators, order pickers, team leaders etc.).
- Establish schedules according to the level of activity of the site and daily hazards, assign work, supervise operations, accompany, train, develop versatility and skills..
- Handling most situations independently and is guiding by policies, procedures and the business plan, but will seek advice and guidance on more complex issues.
- Continuously searching to improve the existing operational processes + systems used.
- Ensuring daily updates in the Warehouse Management system of production results, system faults and stock deviations. You provide the necessary reporting to the Site Manager
- Regularly collect feedback such as customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:
**Your background and skills**:

- Several years knowledge of warehouse operations.
- Preferred degrees in Supply Chain management.
- Experience to work in an international matrix organization with excellent stakeholder management capabilities
- Prior work experience in a PV related industry is not a necessity but will be an advantage
- Knowhow of WMS and ERP, strong knowledge in Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal German and English, Chinese or other language is a plus.
