Join our Treasury team and play a key role in shaping the financial stability and growth of Deutsche Börse Group. We are covering both, the corporate treasury activities of Deutsche Börse Group, as well as the treasury activities of our Financial Market Infrastructures (FMIs), primarily Eurex. We ensure liquidity, provide tailored financing solutions, maintain an efficient capital structure and safeguard our strong credit ratings. We manage the market risks and invest own funds and customer cash in the market. We actively support new product initiatives with strong focus on new technologies.

Your responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for the daily Treasury operations and manage positions of Eurex Clearing, Deutsche Börse AG, and other group entities in various major currencies
  • You execute the daily investment of surplus funds in the money market by entering into reverse repo transactions and manage our foreign currency positions via execution of internal and external FX transactions
  • You actively engage in optimizing our performance: you monitor the markets, engage with internal and external stakeholders, and build relationships with existing and new counterparties
  • You support the development of investment strategies in line with our risk profile and monitor closely the relevant changes in regulation, supporting respective assessment processes
  • You drive the further digitization of our processes and support the testing of new technologies
  • You support the further development of our risk models in close collaboration with the 2nd line function
  • You support the enhancement of our data and analytics solutions, including potential integration of AI solutions

Your profile:

  • You are passionate about financial markets and treasury
  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (or about to graduate)
  • Ideally, first professional working experience in a corporate or bank treasury, or comparable experience from consulting respective functions
  • You are a highly motivated and reliable team player, ready to take on responsibility, eager to learn and grow with us
  • Your analytical, flexible, and connected thinking helps you find optimal solutions for the group
  • Enthusiasm for digitization and new technologies; experience with data analytics or AI solutions is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English; German language skills are an asset
