The Challenge

Your Mission

  • Lead complex sales cycles from first contact to signed contract
  • Convert skeptics into advocates for Nexi's PaaS solution
  • Build While You Sell
  • Help shape our go-to-market strategy based on real market feedback
  • Test new approaches and channels—then scale what works
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to improve our offering

  • 5-7 years in B2B sales within payments, fintech, or financial services
  • Proven success in new business acquisition with complex, high-value deals
  • Experience selling innovative solutions to traditionally conservative buyers
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills in German and English
  • Technical Competence
  • Knowledge of payment systems, card issuing, or fintech solutions
  • Ability to translate complex technology into clear business value
  • Understanding of German regulatory environment and compliance requirements
