Our client provides end-to-end supply chain solutions - from warehousing and distribution to logistics - helping businesses streamline operations, reduce costs, and scale faster. They are looking for a Business Development Manager to grow their footprint across Germany.

You'll be the face of growth in Germany - prospecting, building relationships, and winning new business with organisations that need smarter, faster, more reliable supply chain solutions. This is a high-impact sales role where success is measured in major wins and long-term client partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell high-value, end-to-end supply chain solutions - warehousing, distribution, and logistics
  • Identify, target, and prospect target organisations across Germany
  • Lead the full sales cycle: from outreach and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, focusing on new business opportunities
