So tragen wir dazu bei, Landwirtschaft nachhaltiger und profitabler zu gestalten.

Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung der Gründer in den Bereichen Geschäftsentwicklung, Betrieb, Finanzen und Personalwesen.

  • Unterstützung bei verschiedenen Verwaltungsaufgaben, um einen reibungslosen Betrieb zu gewährleisten.

  • Durchführung von Machbarkeitsstudien für Agri-PV-Projekte (landwirtschaftliche Photovoltaik).

  • Unterstützung bei der Koordinierung und Verwaltung der internen und externen Kommunikation.

  • Mithilfe bei den täglichen Aktivitäten zur Förderung des Unternehmenswachstums.

Qualifikation

  • Derzeit in einem Bachelor- oder Masterstudiengang eingeschrieben, idealerweise in den Bereichen Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen, Ingenieurwesen oder verwandten Bereichen.

  • Starkes Interesse an erneuerbaren Energien, der Landwirtschaft oder der Technologiebranche.

  • Ausgezeichnete organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Liebe zum Detail.

  • Ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu erledigen.

  • Du sprichst fließend Englisch, Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf C1-Niveau sind erforderlich.

  • Du bist unabhängig, selbstmotiviert und arbeiten gerne in einem dynamischen Umfeld.

  • Erfahrung mit Business-Tools wie der Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) oder Google Workspace ist von Vorteil.
