Team Assistant / Junior Executive Assistant (m/f/d)

Investment Firm – Munich

An exciting opportunity has just opened up at a dynamic and growing investment firm located in central Munich. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Team Assistant / Junior EA to support a senior executive and contribute to the smooth running of the office. This is a newly created role, offering the chance to take ownership of administrative processes and grow alongside the business.

Your Responsibilities

As the go-to person in the office, you'll play a key role in both administrative and office management tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing travel arrangements and managing expense reports
  • Coordinating meetings and preparing necessary materials
  • Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
  • Planning and executing internal events
  • Overseeing day-to-day office operations
  • Handling ad hoc tasks and supporting the wider team as needed

Your Profile

We're looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is eager to make a meaningful impact.

  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, 365); SharePoint experience is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail with flawless written communication in both English and German
  • Professional, discreet, and reliable demeanor
  • Quick learner with a hands-on attitude and a collaborative spirit
