About Feldwerke

We are a Munich-based CleanTech startup accelerating the expansion of renewable energy with innovative technologies to ensure a sustainable and future-proof energy supply – for our planet and future generations. Our mission is to rethink the challenges of the energy transition and make Feldwerke the new standard: combining energy and agriculture on the same land. To achieve this, we develop the sustainable concepts of Agri-PV. Since our founding in 2023, we have, among other achievements, developed the largest Agri-PV plant of its kind in record time, which is now under construction. In addition, dozens of projects are already in advanced stages. We are growing fast: 5x YoY growth. 7-digit profitability. 100% bootstrapped and investor-independent.

Aufgaben

Your Mission

As a Founders Associate (G2M & Project Development), you will work side by side with the founding team and take on a key role in our privileged & farm-adjacent Agri-PV segment. From day one, you will be a full member of the team, taking ownership, driving initiatives forward, and having a tangible impact.

You will take ownership of the privileged & large-scale Agri-PV segment, building it with the goal of establishing the most sustainable and scalable solar product on the market – helping to successfully shape Germany's energy transition without sacrificing agricultural land.

Your responsibilities will include business development, branding & marketing, product design, process optimization, and the opportunity to build and lead a team.

• Work directly with the founders on strategic priorities across business development, financing, operations, and project execution.

• Drive cross-functional projects end-to-end – from market research and financial modeling to process design and implementation.

• Support the scaling of Feldwerke by setting up efficient workflows, tracking KPIs, and identifying growth opportunities.

• Represent Feldwerke externally in meetings with partners, landowners & municipalities

• Take full ownership of tasks and challenges in a fast-paced startup environment, with the opportunity to shape the company's future from day one.

Qualifikation

What You Bring

• You have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field – or you bring comparable experience (e.g. through your own venture).

• You have already gained experience in a fast-paced environment – for example at another startup or in consulting.

• You want to take real ownership and help build new business areas from the ground up.

• You are highly motivated by renewable energy and eager to deepen your expertise.

• You have excellent communication skills and know how to engage people in an outgoing and authentic way.

• You are fluent in German (English is a plus).
