We're building context/fab, a venture-backed industrial AI startup on a mission to upgrade manufacturing by solving the hardest data problems on the shop floor.

As our Founder's Associate, you'll work directly with the founders on customers, strategy, and growth. From day one, you'll join customer meetings, shape our go-to-market, and drive critical projects across the company.

What you will do:

  • Work directly with customers; lead discovery calls, workshops, and pilots
  • Drive go-to-market strategy; ICP definition, sales motion, pricing, partnerships
  • Conduct structured market and competitive research to inform strategy and execution
  • Support fundraising and investor interactions with research and materials
  • Own special projects across product, operations, growth, and strategy
  • Build scalable processes for pilots, onboarding, and internal workflows
  • Act as a right hand to the founders; make decisions and push initiatives forward

What makes you a great fit:

  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial tech; direct or via consulting/operations
  • Confident in customer meetings; comfortable with engineers and executives alike
  • Mixed technical and commercial background, ideally with exposure to AI and data systems in manufacturing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; hands-on approach
  • Background in consulting, strategy, or B2B SaaS is a plus
  • Fluent in English; German preferred
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; you want to build, not just advise

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment
