We are seeking a
City Operations Manager
in Hamburg to become the driving force behind our local operations. You will connect, manage, and shape city-level activities—delivering growth, building relationships, and leading cross-functional teams.

Your Role

:As City Operations Manager Hamburg, you will be responsible for all city-level activities to maximize performance for partners, the platform, and brand. You will collaborate with teams in Account Management, Marketing, Logistics, and Strategy

    n: Manage local initiatives in collaboration with account management, sales, and operational team

    t: Identify and support key restaurant and partner accounts, especially in the local hero segmen
  • t.Internal Representatio
    n: Communicate local needs, opportunities, and results to leadership teams, including contributions to scorecards and QBR

    n: Build and maintain local networks, attend events, and participate in relevant public initiative
