We are seeking a
City Manager
in Hamburg to become the driving force behind our local operations. You will connect, manage, and shape city-level activities—delivering growth, building relationships, and leading cross-functional teams.

Your Role:

As City Manager Hamburg, you will be responsible for all city-level activities to maximize performance for partners, the platform, and brand. You will collaborate with teams in Account Management, Marketing, Logistics, and Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management:
    Analyze local KPIs (e.g., Tableau, Thoughtspot, Looker) and implement actions to improve volume, conversion, deal rate, and visibility.
  • Marketing Management:
    Plan and execute local campaigns, including content placement, partner activation, and performance review.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:
    Manage local initiatives in collaboration with account management, sales, and operational teams.
  • Partner Development:
    Identify and support key restaurant and partner accounts, especially in the local hero segment.
  • Internal Representation:
    Communicate local needs, opportunities, and results to leadership teams, including contributions to scorecards and QBRs.
  • External Representation:
    Build and maintain local networks, attend events, and participate in relevant public initiatives.

Your Profile:

  • Strong knowledge of Hamburg and its local dynamics.
  • Data-driven mindset; can interpret dashboards and KPIs to derive actionable insights.
  • Strategic thinker with operational execution skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • Experience in project management, marketing, business development, account management, or similar roles.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in hospitality or platform-based environments.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams or stakeholders.
