Deine Aufgaben

Du unterstützt das neu geschaffene Growth Department als erste:r Kolleg:in dabei, Radyant zur führenden Agentur im Bereich SEO und AI Search in Deutschland und Europa zu machen

Das machst ​du insbesondere durch ​folgende Aufgaben:
  • Du unterstützt das Growth-Team bei der Umsetzung von Marketing-Maßnahmen aller Art (online und offline)
  • Du unterstützt bei der Konzeption und Organisation von Events wie Meetups oder Abendessen mit Interessenten und Kunden
  • Du unterstützt bei der Content-Erstellung für verschiedene Kanäle (LinkedIn, YouTube, Spotify, Website, E-Mail)
  • Du unterstützt bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Podcast-Aufnahmen (konkret: Interview-Vorbereitung, YouTube-Upload, Auswahl Short-Videos)


Dein Profil
  • Du hast mindestens 1-2 Jahre relevante Erfahrung gesammelt
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Bereich Content Creation und Marketing Management
  • Du hast ein grundlegendes Verständnis für SEO und AI-Tools wie ChatGPT, Perplexity & Co.
  • Du schaffst es, dich schnell in neue Themen einzuarbeiten und bist kommunikationsstark
  • Du zeichnest dich durch Eigenverantwortung aus und schaffst es, selbstständig neue Themen schnell zu erfassen
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch und kommunizierst auch schriftlich in beiden Sprachen sicher
