Role Description

We're hiring a
Growth Associate
to join our core team and work directly with both our CEO and our Founder's Associate. You'll be deeply involved in the go-to-market strategy, growth experiments, and community building that define GAIA's trajectory.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be asked to think strategically, execute fast, and learn across multiple areas of a high-growth startup. Instead of just following playbooks, you'll help write the playbook for how GAIA grows.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Go-to-Market Execution
    : Support strategy and campaigns that put GAIA in front of the right audiences.
  • Growth Ops
    : Test, launch, and scale new initiatives across digital channels and events.
  • Content & Narrative
    : Help craft stories and content that position GAIA as a thought leader in legal tech.
  • Community & Partnerships
    : Engage with legal professionals and industry leaders through events, webinars, and community efforts.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    : Track KPIs, spot patterns, and help the team make data-driven decisions.
  • Special Projects
    : Tackle high-priority projects alongside the CEO and Founder's Associate.

What We're Looking For

  • Some professional experience
    , either 1–3 years in a fast-paced environment (startup, consultancy, SaaS, VC, or similar) or at least one completed internship.
  • Strong interest in growth,
    GTM strategy
    , and tech.
  • Hands-on with modern tools
    (HubSpot, Notion, Webflow, AI automations, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, you can write sharp copy and run clear meetings.
  • Analytical but creative
    : just as comfortable making sense of data as brainstorming campaigns.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to take ownership.
