Als Founders Associate Growth & Marketing übernimmst du bei Bloom die Verantwortung für alle Marketing-, Event- und Brand-Aktivitäten. Du bist ein kreativer Allrounder mit einem strategischen Kopf und du hast Lust, selbst Gesicht der Marke zu sein. Du verstehst den vollen Kunden-Funnel, denkst in Content, Kampagnen und Konversion und hast Spaß daran, Dinge sichtbar zu machen, die wirklich einen Unterschied machen.

Aufgaben
  • Du entwickelst unsere Brand weiter – und setzt sie konsistent, kreativ und kanalübergreifend um.
  • Du leitest unsere LinkedIn-Ads-Kampagnen, mit Unterstützung durch unsere Agentur, und optimierst sie laufend für Lead-Qualität und Conversionrates
  • Du baust Full-Funnel-Marketing-Kampagnen, die aus Aufmerksamkeit echte MQLs und SQLs machen.
  • Du konzipierst Creatives, Lead-Magneten, Webinare und Videos – hands-on, datenbasiert und mit einem starken Gespür für die Zielgruppe.
  • Du baust unsere SEO/GEO Strategy auf und setzt diese um mit Content, der bereits aus vielen weiteren Kanälen genutzt wurde
  • Du organisierst Events und Messen, inklusive Materialien, Abläufen und Kommunikation.
  • Du gestaltest CRM-Kampagnen, die Leads pflegen, Kund:innen aktivieren und Upsell-Potenziale heben.
Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im B2B-Marketing/Growth, idealerweise im SaaS-/Dienstleistungsbereich bei einem Startup mit ~1–10 Mio. Jahresumsatz.
  • Ein breites Skillset: Du verstehst dich als Generalist*in – von Growth bis Brand, von Video bis Event.
  • Erfahrung mit Tools wie LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp/Brevo, Canva etc.
  • Du bist kreativ, datengetrieben, pragmatisch und umsetzungsstark.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, bringst Ideen mit und wartest nicht auf Freigaben.
  • Du sprichts muttersprachlich Deutsch
  • Du bist based in Berlin
