Wir bei Glorya setzen auf die neuesten Technologien der künstlichen Intelligenz, um Online-Marketing für kleine Unternehmen zu revolutionieren. Als junges Start-up, das Anfang 2024 gegründet wurde, haben wir in den letzten Monaten ein steiles Wachstum erlebt und erweitern nun unser Team.

Aktuell suchen wir für unseren Standort in Berlin einen AI Growth Associate (m/w/d). In dieser Position wirst du Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden seien, ihre Kampagnen konzeptionieren und deine gesamte Erfahrung einbringen, um die bestmögliche Performance zu erzielen.

Aufgaben
  • Du bist zentraler Ansprechpartner:in für Kunden aus unterschiedlichen Branchen
  • Du onboardest unsere Kunden und sorgst dafür, dass sich Kunden auf Anhieb bei uns wohlfühlen und unsere Leistungen und Prozesse verstehen.
  • Du koordinierst Werbekampagnen für unterschiedlichste Kundenstämme auf Meta, Google und in der Landing Page Creation.
  • Du überprüfst regelmäßig, ob unsere Werbekampagnen die Kundenbedürfnisse erfüllen oder ob es Verbesserungsbedarf gibt
  • Du bist in regelmäßigem Austausch mit unseren Produktexperten und dem Vertriebsteam. Gemeinsam entwickelt ihr neue Marketingstrategien für Kunden
  • Verbesserung interner Prozesse und Produkte
Qualifikation
  • Du kommunizierst gerne und du hast große Freude daran, mit verschiedenen Persönlichkeiten zu interagieren
  • Du bist motiviert, bis zu fünf Tage die Woche aus unserem Büro im wunderschönen Berlin-Mitte zu arbeiten
  • Du hast fließende Deutschkenntnisse und du verfügst über gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Du hast Idealerweise bereits Erfahrung im direkten Austausch mit Kund:innen, vorzugsweise im B2B oder SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) Bereich (z.B. Verkauf, Customer Service, Human Resources, Event-Management, Gastgewerbe etc.)
