Join Cardino, a German seed-stage VC-funded startup that launched its used EV marketplace in summer 2023 and, this year, unveiled a novel SaaS business line for enterprise B2B clients. Cardino is powering the future of vehicle remarketing by making buying and selling used cars easier - while propelling the energy transition toward sustainability.

We're backed by leading global VCs like Point Nine, FJ Labs, and Rosberg Ventures, and our team comes from Berlin's startup scene with experience at McKinsey, Rocket Internet, Vimcar, Tooltime, OLX, and Delivery Hero.

As a Founder Associate (Product), you'll work hands-on to shape our new SaaS venture. This is an entrepreneurial product role designed for individuals with ambitions to launch their own ventures in the future - perfect for those who want to build, learn, and take ownership like a founder from day one.

Tasks
  • Assist in defining and executing the product roadmap
  • Support feature ideation, user research, and market analysis
  • Collaborate with engineering and design to bring ideas from concept to launch
  • Track metrics, gather feedback, and suggest improvements
  • Contribute to strategic discussions on product growth and scaling
Requirements
  • First experience in a high-paced environment (consulting, startup, or similar)
  • First experience in Product Management or product-related roles
  • Curious, analytical, and eager to learn
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and initiative
  • Past entrepreneurial experience (Founder Associate, startup founder, or side projects) is a strong plus
