Location: Berlin, Germany
TasksYou will work directly with our Head of Venture Development and our founder on further scaling Gauder and enabling levers for future growth.
- Identify Growth Levers: Scout and analyze new product categories, international markets, and sales channels to validate and unlock major expansion potential.
- Drive Project Ownership: Take full 0-to-1 ownership of high-impact growth projects, coordinating execution across teams (e.g. Supply Chain, Marketing, Product).
- Deliver Strategic Insights: Deep-dive into global sales and portfolio data, creating essential reports and forecasts that serve as the foundation for management decision-making.
- Optimize Commercial Performance: Analyze portfolio performance across channels and countries, providing actionable strategies to immediately maximize revenue and profitability.
Must-Haves
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in business, economics, or a related field.
- Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1), both written and spoken.
- Proven Analytical Skills - Confident working with large datasets/spreadsheets to draw clear, actionable conclusions.
- Structured approach to problem-solving and strong communication skills.
- Hands-on, proactive, and curious – you don't wait to be told what to do and think one step ahead.
Highly Valued (Bonus Points)
- Relevant experience from consulting, finance, startups, e-commerce, or other business related fields.
- Knowledge of other languages.
- Real ownership from day one – you'll drive sourcing and supplier projects that directly impact Gauder's growth.
