For our location in **Ottobrunn near Munich**we are actively seeking a **Sales Ops Specialist / Sachbearbeiter Vertriebsinnendienst (M/F/d)**.

**Your tasks - as important as our software**:
You are responsible for the creation, tracking, and adjustment of offers in close coordination with the sales team.
- Creation and editing of quotes and contracts for our clients both domestically and internationally
- Review and processing of orders for software solutions
- Coordination and collaboration with the Finance, Legal, and Customer Care departments
- Maintenance of master data in the CRM system
- Preparation of relevant sales metrics
- Updating of price lists and product descriptions in the CRM system
- Coordination and participation in public tender processes
- Administrative support in sales and marketing for projectsProcessing and coordination of customer questionnaires**Your profile - as good as our solutions**:

- Completed vocational training or degree in the commercial field
- Professional experience in inside sales is a requirement, ideally in the software industry or for complex products
- Proficient in the standard MS Office programs
- Strong German and English language skills, enabling you to communicate in a professional setting
